Our grandmothers’ time honored home remedies are making a comeback, and here’s a few id like to share with you

Coriander and Parsley-  Boil a bunch in a pot of water for 10 minutes, filter and cool in the fridge.  Drink one glass of this herb mixture daily to cleanse the kidneys for accumulated salt and other unwanted toxins

Garlic and Thyme-  Have a clove of raw garlic if you feel like coming down with a flu

Honey and Lemon- A spoonful of honey and squeeze of lemon is a good cure for dry cough and itchy throat

Ginger and Apple-  drinking ginger juice helps eliminate toxins in the body and reduce bloating, grilled ginger mixed with a liniment oil can be used for a relaxing massage, apples on the other hand have a very good effect on intestinal health

I’m going to try that coriander and parsley mixture, and I love drinking lemon and honey when I’m sick…especially with a little whiskey thrown in to make it a Hot Toddy!

Herbal medicine as an alternative to cure such illness is long time proven for it’s effectiveness. Even I is raising herbs on the yard for my sources.

P.S. I think there’s something wrong with the layout of your blog template.
